Immediately you miss your period the first thing you do is go to a lab or an hospital for a test, for the persons some symptoms make them suspect pregnancy but it is always good to confirm by going for a pregnancy test.

Safety tips during prgnancy...
1. No two pregnancies are the same, each comes with its own experiences and challenges.
2. Always pay attention to body signs. As the common saying \\\\\\\"a stitch in time saves nine\"
3. Try form the habbit of making research about your medical condition first before seeing doctors. This will help doctors to pay adequate attention to you, thereby avoiding wrong diagnoses/medications. Because with your discussions with the doctor he/she will know you are not a novice and you have some medical knowledge

4. Eat and live a healthy lifestyle throughout the period

5. Know the different symptoms of each trimester \\\\r\\\\n6. Go for your medical checkups regularly

7. Dont be too spiritual to think that Caesarean section is bad. Kindly oblige the doctor if it is recommended for you especially when it is medically necessary. Many women have lost their lives and babies due to their perception about CS and subsequent refusal

8. On delivery, avoid going to the hospital alone. You need go with either your spouse or someone old enough to take responsibilities and keep the medical staff in checks. Most medical practitioners can abandon patients especially when they are alone.........more to follow
